My home boy, Nathan, approached me a couple months ago about makin an adjustable arm rest that he could use when he starts his new gig at Exile Tattoo. We got together, did some research, and I picked his brain about what he wanted as far as function and size. He left the rest up to me. This was my first project of this kind, so I wanted to go fancy / classy with a strong emphasis on function, as always! I got all the fab done, then sent the pieces out to nickel plate at DeTray, powder coat at Crosslink, and upholstery at the Interior Shop. Everyone got their parts back to me in a reasonable amount of time and, overall, it took about 1 1/2 months. I'm super stoked on the function and fashion of this piece and I hope it helps Nathan create some sweet ass tatties!

Some of My Favorites....
I have some project pics I would like to post, but I'm waiting on parts to come back from chrome, powdercoat, interior, etc... so, here are some of my favorite pics that I've posted to this blog. I really could have just posted every pic I took at the Bonneville Salt Flats last summer, but decided to mix it up a bit. Enjoy....

Vintage Iron 2014 at the Platte County Fairgrounds
Rode the Shovel out to Tracy, MO this morning to help out with the Vintage Iron show. Temperature at 6am was in the 40's, I dressed for the 70's. The show didn't seem to have as many entries as last year, but the quality didn't suffer. I got to meet Jack Larson and see him ride in on his Knuckle drag bike. It sounded great. Ned knocked the dust off of Gold Rush. Geno rolled out ol' Rusty. Also, got to talk motorcycles with some of the fellas and meet some new, like - minded, folks. Overall, t'was a good day. Man, I'm glad it's riding season again.
